Simplata Solutions was born from frustration. Our founders watched brilliant compliance professionals spend the majority of their time doing something no one should have to do: hunting through scattered, outdated sources to find the regulations that governed their business.

There was no single, reliable, comprehensive source of regulatory truth. So we built one.

AskSprut launched as our flagship product with a clear mission: aggregate, organize, and continuously maintain the world's regulatory intelligence — and make it accessible to any compliance professional, in any industry, anywhere.
